Job summary

• Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Wash all china, glass and silverware
• Clean all equipment, pots and pans
• Store all equipment in proper locations
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed
