Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a dedicated dishwashing professional to support kitchen operations at our venue in Phoenix, AZ. You will wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, maintain clean work areas, and ensure orderly equipment storage during events.

Responsibilities include transporting food and equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, and maintaining a safe, sanitary environment across all shift hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete safety training.

Responsibilities

• Wash all china, glass and silverware
• Clean all equipment, pots and pans
• Store all equipment in proper locations
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed
