Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a dedicated dishwashing and kitchen support team member to help maintain clean work areas and equipment at venues. You will wash dishes, glassware, pots, and pans, and keep the kitchen and surrounding areas orderly and sanitary.

Responsibilities include cleaning equipment, storing items properly, and transporting food and equipment as needed. The role requires mobility, endurance for long shifts, and adherence to safety policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Wash all china, glass and silverware
• Clean all equipment, pots and pans
• Store all equipment in proper locations
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed
