Lettuce Entertain You is hiring dishwashers to join our busy Northbrook team. This entry-level role supports the kitchen by washing and sanitizing dishes, restocking, and keeping a clean back-of-house area.

Qualifications

• Washes and sanitizes kitchen utensils and related items.
• Maintains back-of-house cleanliness and organization.
• Able to work a variety of hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and utilize the dish machine and cleaning supplies.
• Wash, sanitize and dry all utensils and kitchenware.
• Return and restock items after washing and sanitizing.
• Read a thermometer when required by procedures.
• Maintain dishwashing machinery and report issues to Management.
• Identify when cleaning supplies are running low and notify Management.
• Assist with general cleanliness of back-of-house and restrooms.
