Job summary

Big Bowl is hiring dishwashers to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the back of the house. You will operate the dish machine, wash and sanitize utensils, and assist in keeping kitchen areas orderly. Weekend availability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to work a variety of hours, including weekends.
• Able to read and follow directions and safety guidelines.
• Able to read a thermometer.
• Able to stand for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Operate and utilize the dish machine and cleaning supplies.
• Wash, sanitize and dry all kitchen utensils, equipment and other items.
• Maintain dishwashing machinery and report issues to management.
• Return and restock items after washing and sanitizing procedures.
• Assist with general cleanliness of the back of house and restrooms.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and policies.
