Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is recruiting a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations at our Burlington, MA location. You will set up and operate dishwashing equipment, sanitize dishware, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment for residents and staff.

Competenze

• Prior experience in a food service kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Willingness to maintain clean and organized workspace.

Mansioni

• Set up and maintain dishwashing stations and potwashing areas.
• Operate dish machines according to manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks in the kitchen.
• Support storage, labeling and rotation of supplies as needed.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
