Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations in maintaining clean, sanitized work areas and ensuring all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards.

The role includes setting up and maintaining dishwashing stations, operating dish machines, washing and sanitizing items, and assisting with storage and rotating supplies, all while upholding OSHA and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain clean, sanitized work areas and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
