• Experience as a Dishwasher or waitstaff.

Responsibilities

• Collect and wash dishes, load/unload dishwashing machines.
• Prepare ingredients for meal service.

• Monitor stock and order supplies when necessary.
• Clean cooking areas thoroughly and maintain tools/equipment.
• Ensure proper sanitation of equipment and work area at all times.
• Check pars for shift use and replenishment needs.
