DoubleTree by Hilton Ann Arbor North is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to keep our busy kitchen clean, organized, and efficient. You will help ensure dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen areas are washed, sanitized, and ready for service in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a supportive team setting with opportunities to learn kitchen operations, gain hands-on experience, and grow within the hotel.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items commonly found in a kitchen setting.
• Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish area and sinks.
• Assist with trash removal and kitchen cleanup.
• Organize and restock clean items for staff.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Support additional kitchen tasks as assigned.
