Job summary

The Gallery Tampa from Experience Senior Living LLC is opening a premier luxury senior living community in Tampa. We are assembling an opening team and seek a dedicated Dishwasher to support our culinary team from day one.

In this role you will maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen, wash dishes, assist with event setup and service, and help residents enjoy a warm dining experience. Shifts include weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support culinary leadership to ensure residents are satisfied with dining.
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Maintain dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner.
• Keep kitchen floors clean (sweeps and mops) and trash emptied.
• Check dish machine at the beginning of each shift for chemicals and refill as needed.
• Maintain dish machine after each meal by cleaning and sanitizing.
• Record temperature and sanitation levels into the temperature logs before each meal.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules as assigned.
• Assist with the transportation and storage of food and supplies.
• Assist cooks and wait staff as requested.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Attend pre-meal stand up in kitchen prior to meal service.
• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
