Job summary

Bridge Senior Living in Scarborough, ME is hiring a dedicated Utility Worker to support our kitchen team with sanitation, dishwashing, and stock control. You will assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing vendor deliveries, and help keep the work area clean.

Required CPR certification, ability to lift at least 10 lbs, and a willingness to work with kitchen staff. A food handler certificate is preferred and prior related work experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Ability to lift at least 10 lbs.
• Food handler certificate preferred.
• At least 1 year related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• General kitchen sanitation, including washing equipment, pots and dishes.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and storing vendor deliveries.
• Empty trash and sanitize containers as needed.
• Check in, unpack and store dry goods, cleaning supplies and cold stock.
