Qualifications

• Able to understand and follow directions in English; basic communication in English is welcome.
• Able to set up and operate dish washing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs dish and pot washing, general cleaning duties, and stores supplies.
• Sets up the dish washing area and washes pots, dishes, and utensils.
• Distributes and stores clean and dry pots, dishes, and utensils.
• Cleans and sanitizes production equipment and kitchen surfaces per cleaning schedules.
• Empties trash and recyclables as required and maintains a safe, sanitary environment.
