Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room and kitchen areas.
• Remove trash and recycling from kitchen work areas.
• Assist with cleaning floors, equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Support kitchen staff during banquets, events, and peak service periods.
