Job summary

Wegmans Virginia Beach is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support the kitchen team by washing dishes, stocking supplies, and assisting with light food-prep tasks as needed throughout shifts. You will help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dishwashing area, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with coworkers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience.
• Customer service experience, preferably in food service, grocery or retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, put away dish loads and perform other kitchen duties as necessary, including some food prep work.
• Assist with receiving of products, stock rotation and general kitchen organization and cleanliness.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area to ensure work gets completed safely.
