Dial in Monument, CO is hiring a Dishwasher to operate the dishwashing station and maintain sanitary kitchenware for residents and staff.

You will hand-wash items not suitable for the machine, stock the area, notify management of maintenance needs, and support kitchen staff with basic prep and service.

Qualifications

• Must be age 16 or older.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language.
• Willingness to learn and help others.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwasher and ensure proper sanitation of kitchenware including dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and trays.
• Hand wash kitchen items not suitable for the dishwasher.
• Store items in their proper spot and maintain a tidy and organized kitchen.
• Notify manager if dish machine malfunctions or requires maintenance.
• Clean equipment, appliances, storage area, and sinks according to schedule.
• Support kitchen staff with basic prep, item restock, or delivery of clean items when needed.
• Provide customer service to residents to allow a high level of resident satisfaction.
• Bus tables during and after meals and clear tables when residents are finished eating, as requested.
• Maintain a clean, orderly and safe kitchen environment as required by local and state health departments.
• Perform routine preventative cleaning on dish machine according to schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
