Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations in a senior living environment. You will set up and maintain dishwashing stations, operate dish machines, and ensure all dishware and equipment meet food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform dishwashing and sanitation tasks
• Able to follow food safety and OSHA guidelines
• Maintain temperature and sanitation logs as required

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
