Job summary

Momofuku Majordōmo in Los Angeles is seeking a Dishwasher to support Back of House operations and uphold Momofuku standards. The role involves washing dishes and equipment, cleaning stations, and assisting in other kitchen tasks to ensure smooth service.

The position emphasizes a positive attitude, the ability to work in a wet and noisy environment, and staying calm under pressure. Previous kitchen experience is preferred, and standing for long periods is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash all dishes and cooking equipment during and between services
• Clean cooking stations and equipment to expedite service
• Follow warning labels, directions and food safety procedures
• Clean and maintain Front of House areas if requested
• Maintain cleanliness of Back of House areas including refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas
• Assist in deep cleaning of Back of House areas and other tasks as needed
• Support team members and foster a positive work environment
