Job summary

A popular seafood restaurant chain is seeking a Dishwasher/Utility who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant and supporting kitchen operations. The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and attention to detail. Culinary experience is preferred. This is a great opportunity to join a company committed to growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Culinary experience preferred.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
• Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment.
• Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas.
• Supporting the Cooks with prep work and preparation of signature dishes.
• Following all cleanliness and safety protocols.
