Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant during an 8 - 12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant.
• Sanitizing all dishware and utensils.
• Safely operating the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment.
• Emptying trash in the kitchen and other areas.
• Supporting Cooks with prep work as needed.
