Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate industrial dishwashing machines and handle pots/pans.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in kitchen.

• Strong work ethic and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Ensure items are cleaned and sanitized per health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and countertops.
• Report malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Kitchen Manager.
• Replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Sort and organize clean dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and stocking areas.
• Cross-train across roles to support growth.
• Support with any additional duties as assigned.
