Republic Chophouse in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Dishwasher to support dish, prep, and kitchen flow during dinner service. The role requires standing for long periods, a fast pace, and strict cleanliness.

Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience, with both full-time and part-time schedules available. The position reports to the Head Chef, with chain-of-command guiding daily tasks and training.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance, a steady pace, and care for clean work.
• Able to organize several tasks, follow directions, and communicate when you need help or notice a problem.
• Willing to learn and follow food-handling, sanitation, chemical-use, and equipment procedures.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays, including post-service cleanup.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend and reach, and lift and carry dish racks, bus tubs, and cookware in a hot, wet kitchen, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
• Willing to obtain ServSafe or Food Handler’s certification; we pay for it.

Responsibilities

• Wash and restock. Scrape, sort, wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and trays.
• Keep up with service. Organize incoming items and prioritize what the line and floor need next.
• Run the dish station properly. Set up and clean the dish machine and sinks as trained.
• Keep the area safe. Separate dirty and clean items; handle knives, broken glass, hot pans, and cleaning chemicals.
• Clean through the shift. Remove trash and recycling to designated containers; clean work surfaces and floors.
• Support the kitchen as assigned. Help with storage, basic food prep, labeling and dating after training.
