Out West Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a kitchen support role to ensure smooth dishwashing operations and maintain clean, safe work areas. You will help uphold sanitation standards, assist with kitchen tasks, and support all restaurant areas as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year BOH experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Stand/walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Keeps dishwashing areas organized to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Performs routine cleaning of the kitchen and assists with general cleaning tasks.
• Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restocks kitchen and cooking line as needed.
• Maintains and inspects food receiving, preparation and storage areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as needed.
