Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Kitchen Utility Associate (Dishwasher) to support our culinary team in a senior living community. You will ensure clean pots, dishware, and a tidy, sanitary work area to help deliver meals to residents.

Schedule is full-time: Wednesdays through Sundays 7am-3:30pm, with Mondays and Tuesdays off; compensation ranges from $17 to $18 per hour based on experience. Join a team focused on care, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure items are dried and stored properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, floors, and surfaces.
• Remove trash and recyclables to keep the kitchen organized.
• Clean mats and garbage pails and sanitize prep surfaces as needed.
• Support kitchen staff during meal prep and service.
