Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Kitchen Utility Associate (Dishwasher) to support our culinary team by ensuring clean pots and dishware for residents. This role is full-time with a Tuesday off, working Wednesday through Sunday, 7am-3:30pm, at 580 S Gilbert Rd.

You will help maintain a sanitary, organized kitchen, assist during meal preparation, and support the team in stocking supplies and sanitation tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card a plus with kitchen sanitation knowledge.
• Experience in fast-paced kitchen or hospitality settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure items are dried and stored properly after cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, floors, and surroundings.
• Dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste promptly.
• Clean mats and garbage pails as needed.
• Sanitize food preparation surfaces and storage areas.
• Assist kitchen staff with replenishing supplies and equipment.
• Resupply chemicals, towels, and soap dispensers for sanitation.
