Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure items are dried and stored properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area (sweeping and mopping).
• Remove trash, recycling, and food waste to keep the kitchen organized.
• Clean mats and garbage pails.
• Clean and sanitize food prep surfaces and storage areas.
• Support kitchen staff during meals by replenishing supplies.
• Resupply chemicals, towel and soap dispensers for sanitary operations.
