Job summary

Star Cinema Grill is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced kitchen. You will wash dishes, assist in food prep, and support the culinary team to ensure sanitary standards are met.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year in fine or casual dining. Applicants should be able to multitask, stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.; flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant.
• Able to multi-task; strong organizational and time-management skills with good judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean kitchen, washes and sorts dishes, and preps as needed.
• Sets up dish stations and dish machines.
• Keeps floors clean and dry throughout the shift.
• Washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, cookware and storage containers.
• Changes water in machines and sinks every two hours or as needed.
• Assists in storing food deliveries in a timely manner.
• Maintains trash cans and removes full containers at shift end.
• Maintains dry storage area and shelving organization.
• Follows posted daily dish-cleaning duties.
• Assists with food prep and other tasks as needed by the chef.
