Star Cinema Grill is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen. You will clean and organize the dish area, wash and store wares, and assist with food prep as needed to maintain smooth operations during busy service periods.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year in fine or casual dining, and the ability to stand long hours, lift 25 lbs, and work in a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining.
• Able to multi-task.
• Able to stand long periods, lift 25 lbs, and bend or climb in confined spaces.
• Organizational and time management skills; good judgment and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Maintains a clean kitchen, washes and sorts dishes, and preps foods as needed.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Maintains clean floors and organized work area.
• Washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and containers.
• Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions.
• Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries.
• Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
• Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.
• Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.
• Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.
