Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and proper storage/ hygiene practices.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks.
• Team player who supports kitchen staff and maintains positive atmosphere.
• Follow sanitation protocols and handle chemicals safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware.
• Sort and store clean wares; keep dishwashing area clean and organized.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep to support workflow.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and proper waste disposal.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and report issues promptly.
• Be flexible to work in different kitchen areas and during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
