• Reports any functional or mechanical problems with the dish machine to the manager.
• Monitors wash water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary cycles.
• Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintains adequate levels of clean dishware for dining room and kitchen.
• Cleans kitchen areas and attends closing duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
