Responsibilities
- Prepare recipes according to standard procedures.
- Stock and prepares stations for service.
- Communicate product needs to back-of-house and MODs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station.
- Accommodate guest-specific requests and modifications.
- Ensure high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
- Achieve a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
