Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or back of house experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the back of house
• Support kitchen staff by restocking supplies and keeping prep areas tidy
• Take out trash and maintain clean floors throughout the shift
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations
