Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a dining/kitchen team member to support restaurant-style dining and ensure residents enjoy balanced, flavorful meals in a clean, welcoming environment.

You will collaborate with culinary leadership to deliver high-quality dining experiences, maintain sanitation standards, and assist with events. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a customer-first attitude in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with Directors to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Maintain dish room area in a neat, clean and sanitary manner.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
