• Maintain the kitchen and dining areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Wash, clean, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment.
• Assist with maintaining sanitary kitchen and dining areas and support staff as needed.
• Provide high level of customer service and promote restaurant-style dining for residents.
• Work with Culinary Services Director or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Assist with preparation and execution of events, banquets, and theme meals.
