Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a steady supply of clean dishware for dining and cooking areas. Availability 6:00 am–4:00 pm daily, including holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• No restaurant experience required.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be available 6:00 am to 4:00 pm daily, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload the dish machine.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any problems.
• Monitor water temperature for sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Keep dish room clean and organized.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean dishware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul trash to dumpster.
• Handle tableware to prevent breakage and loss.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and detergents.
• Clean preparation and dish room areas as required.
• Be available to fill in to ensure smooth operation as directed by supervisor.
• Clean walls, floors, sinks and mops daily.
