Job summary

DO & CO group is hiring a Potwasher in Des Plaines, IL to support our hospitality and culinary teams. You will wash and organize cookware and tableware, maintain a clean work area, and help ensure smooth kitchen operations at our Des Plaines location.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to handle a high-volume workload, and flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and meal benefits accompany a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Washes/runs all dirty equipment (Pots, Pans, Plates, and cookware) through the dishwashing machine.
• Stacks and sorts clean equipment according to company specifications and moves all washed articles into the respective areas.
• Cleans drains and machines at end of shift and sanitizing work area as needed.
• Complies with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the SOPs.
• Reports problems with the food safety management system to supervisor and hygiene/food safety team.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
