Job summary

Coma Coffee Roasters is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support kitchen operations. Reports to the front of house manager and helps keep dishware and cooking areas clean and organized during each shift.

The role includes using kitchen equipment properly, assisting with cleaning, sanitation, and restocking as needed, and following all posted checklists. Additional duties may be assigned by management or the Pit Cook.

Qualifications

• Cleans and maintains dish station with safety, sanitation, and organization.
• Properly uses kitchen equipment.
• Assists in cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
• Restocks items as needed throughout the shift.
• Follows all posted checklists for the position.
• Performs additional responsibilities as requested by Management or Pit Cook.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of equipment and how to use it properly.
• Assists in cleaning, sanitation, and organizing kitchen areas and storage.
