Job summary

F3nomenal is seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will wash and stock dishes, keep the dish room clean, and assist with basic cleanliness throughout the restaurant to support a smooth guest experience.

We value reliable workers with English communication, the ability to work in a warm or cold environment, and a team-oriented attitude. This is a hands-on role with opening, run-side tasks, and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and a service-minded attitude.
• Good hearing for safety and clear communication.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Tolerance for temperature changes and frequent hand immersion.
• Valid food safety or related certification if required by state law.
• Compliance with dress and appearance policy including appropriate shoes.
• Ability to pass general information and departmental tests.

Responsibilities

• Adherance to attendance policy and procedural compliance.
• Maintain clean and sanitary restrooms at all times.
• Maintain a pleasant and friendly attitude.
• Perform opening set up, running side work and closing duties.
• Maintain dish area safety and sanitation.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Clean and maintain floors according to cleaning standards during shifts.
• Sweep parking lots, back dock, and kitchen frequently.
• Follows directions and uses caution when handling chemicals or machinery.
• Dispose of trash and debris.
• Perform job functions with accordance to performance standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager/Department Manager.
• Work with 'team work' always in mind.
