Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize and supply dishes, pots and utensils for the restaurant.
• Sweep/mop floors and keep kitchen clean.
• Sanitize employee restrooms.
• Break down boxes and take to receptacle.
• Complete weekly cleaning tasks.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Assist with kitchen prep as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
