Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher/Steward for our Rancho Santa Fe community. You will help keep dishes, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and sanitized to support a high-standard dining experience.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience and can work in a fast-paced kitchen. The role offers a dependable schedule with no late-night shifts, contributing to a stable team environment and resident-focused service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instruction for daily assignments.
• Experience with cleaning standards in a commercial food operations.
• Ability to work assigned shifts including early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon completion of applicable post‑offer pre‑employment screenings, which may include a job‑related background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing, consistent with applicable laws.

Responsabilités

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in the kitchen, including operating the dish machine, cleaning equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, and maintaining appliances.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
• Assist cooks with non-food preparation tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen and dish room environment.
• Assist with stocking following food deliveries.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction.
