• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.
• Open/close and clean station; support team for success.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Wash dishes by hand and with dish machines.
• Remove garbage, bus tables, and clear dining areas.
• Be flexible to take on additional responsibilities.
