Naked Farmer is seeking a Dishwasher to support our kitchen team in Sarasota, FL. You will maintain cleanliness, rotate and store produce, and ensure all dishes and utensils meet safety standards.

You will operate kitchen equipment safely, assist with light prep, and help keep the station organized for efficient service. Join a growing company that values food quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently store and rotate produce and food orders to maintain freshness.
• Inspect utensils and equipment for quality and cleanliness.
• Operate kitchen machinery safely (knives, ovens, grills, processors, blenders).
• Follow and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Open/close and clean station to prep for the team shift.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Wash dishes by hand and with dish machine.
• Remove garbage, bus tables, and clear dining areas.
• Take on additional duties as needed to support the team.

YOU WILL:

• Efficiently put away and rotate produce and food orders, ensuring freshness and longevity.
• Inspect all cooking utensils and equipment to guarantee they meet our standards for quality and cleanliness.
• Skillfully operate kitchen machinery, including knives, ovens, grills, food processors, and blenders, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Consistently follow and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines, setting the standard for best practices within the kitchen.
• Thoroughly open/close and clean your station, ensuring you and your fellow team members are positioned for success.
• Occasionally assist with food preparation as needed.
• Wash dishes by hand and by operating dish machinery.
• Remove garbage from restaurant, bus tables and retrieve dishes from dining areas.
• Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as requested to support the team’s needs at any time.
