Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher in Pittsburgh to support our kitchen team. You will wash and sanitize dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or with equipment, and keep the wash area clean and organized for a smooth shift.

You will help maintain safety and sanitation standards, polish stainless steel and silverware, assist with deep cleaning projects, and collaborate with teammates to deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using washing equipment.
• Polish stainless steel and silverware to maintain quality presentation.
• Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills and keeping equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces clean.
• Empty, wash, and return trash bins as needed; keep the wash area organized.
• Assist with special and deep cleaning projects as required.
