Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher. As a Dishwasher, you will ensure the cleanliness of all dishware, wash by hand when needed, and operate washing equipment to thoroughly clean service ware, cookware and utensils.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Wash by hand and operate washing equipment to thoroughly clean all service ware, cookware and utensils, including polishing stainless and silver ware.
• Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills and cleaning all surfaces, emptying bins when ¾ full, and keeping wash area organized.
• Assist with special and deep cleaning projects as needed.
