Responsibilities

• Operate dish machine to clean and sanitize china, glass, silverware, pots and pans according to standards.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, mats and related areas during and after shifts.
• Store glassware, plates, flatware and equipment in proper racks and organize them properly.
• Clean walls and kitchen equipment, and empty trash cans in a timely manner.
• Safely use, store and label chemicals as per guidelines.
• Set up hot boxes and assist with plate up when needed.
• Assist with bussing when necessary.
• Report any items in need of repair promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area complying with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
