Job summary

Pinehurst, LLC. is seeking a dedicated Steward to wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment per health standards.

This role involves operating a dishwasher, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting general restaurant cleaning tasks across Food & Beverage outlets, including holiday coverage as required. The candidate should have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least one month of related experience; training will be provided to ensure safe, efficient operation in a resort kitchen

Qualifications

• High School Education and a minimum of one month related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dishwasher, fill water, replace soap, and ensure safe operation.
• Load and unload dishes, utensils, glasses and trays with proper handling.
• Clean and sanitize dish machine and drop area to maintain hygiene.
• Organize clean dishware and storeware areas, ensuring stock is ready for service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the entire dish area at shift end and assist in buffet setups as needed.
