Job summary

Pinehurst, LLC is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Steward to wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils in compliance with Health Department standards. The role includes general cleaning tasks across various Food & Beverage outlets, with flexibility to work at multiple locations and during holidays as needed.

Ideal candidates will have a High School education and at least one month of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Education and a minimum of one month related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils according to department policies and standards.
• Set up, operate, and maintain the dishwasher; ensure soap and rinse agents are replenished and machine is functioning properly.
• Load and unload dishes, utensils, glassware, and trays; pre-clean large items before washing.
• Clean and sanitize dish machine, dish drop area, and storage areas; keep areas organized and sanitary.
• Maintain adequate quantities of clean dishware and organize storage areas for dishes and utensils.
• Assist in buffet setup/breakdown and in gathering china, glassware, and silverware as needed.
• Be available to work in various Food & Beverage locations and on holidays as required.

Education
