Qualifications

• Ability to pass a physical examination to perform essential functions.
• Some knowledge in food preparation, service, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine and washing station.
• Support and help train student employees in dishwashing operations.
• Ensure cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of equipment and work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with departmental goals.
• Complete general cleaning tasks such as trash removal and kitchen upkeep.

Skills

Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Ability to handle and lift heavy kitchen utensils and supplies

Good physical health

Some knowledge of and experience in basic food preparation, service, and/or sanitation methods

Desire to provide high-quality customer service
