Job summary

Oak View Group is hiring a Dishwasher at our Auburn-area venue. The role involves washing and sanitizing all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares, while maintaining excellent attendance and cleanliness of the dish pit.

The position offers an hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00 and is tip eligible, with part-time benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan and matching. Candidates should be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and have a valid food handling

Qualifications

• Experience in casual and/or fine dining environments is helpful.
• Works well in a fast-paced, event-driven setting.
• Willing to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear, respectful communication with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensures highest sanitation levels for all items previously used so that they may be used again in clean condition, free of any contamination risk.
• Utilizes and implements M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and food and beverage policies and procedures.
• Removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition.
• Stocks plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
• Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment.
