Qualifications

• Must complete and pass food safety certification program.
• Five-day work week with two consecutive days off.
• Experience in cleaning and sanitizing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area throughout the shift.
• Wash and provide clean and sanitized dishware.
• Support fellow employees as needed.
• Perform assigned prep work and closing duties.

Skills

Ability to speak, read and write English

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to follow safety and sanitation policies

Ability to work in a damp and high-temperature environment
