Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and sanitization: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Ensure items are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and free of food residue.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
• Assist kitchen staff by collecting and returning kitchen tools, pots, and pans to their designated areas.
• Empty and clean trash bins regularly to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on dishwashing equipment to ensure it operates efficiently; report issues.
• Restock clean dishes, glassware, and utensils in their designated storage areas.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and sanitation procedures.
